Now this is a diet I can live with!
Makes sense to me, sorta. Although I honestly find that if I start off my day eating large, I just keep it up all day long. Maybe I'll try out for a week and see how it works for me.

This sounds AWESOME!!! My great aunt who is a nutritionist alwasy told me to eat like a King for Breakfast a Farmer for Lunch and a Pauper at Dinner. Maybe I should actually listen to her and give it a try. :)
I think this could be fun! HA. Although I have to say.. now that I'm going carb free.. I think the only problem with this would be exhaustion after breakfast. You eat a gigantic breakfast.. blood sugar spikes because of the sugars / carbs etc. Then it will just drop dramatically. Also realize theres no snacking inbetween. Of course a 650 calorie breakfast is a lot. I'm sure you could tweak it.

Well I think tomorrow I'm going to start this lovely "big breakfast" diet, we'll see how I feel!
